This club was formerly called Dinitz Café, and the locals still know it so. However, last year it underwent a bit of a transformation and got itself a new neo-art deco interior, a new restaurant and a new name; Metropol Music Club.
It now offers customers a dining experience, either in the Music Café or in the main restaurant, which serves oriental fusion cooking. It also has a piano room, perfect for chilling out and has a separate private VIP area. It kind of wants to be a cocktail bar with good music rather than purely concentrating on the Jazz, but it works and it is popular, especially with the younger and hipper Jazz enthusiants.
